Yes, we know! The small print. In hiring our Tools or purchasing any of our Goods or Services you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, so please take a minute and have a read through.

Ø Just want to buy supplies or order from the shop pages?
If you just want to buy supplies or items from the shop pages please place your order in the normal way using the online shopping cart. We will then contact you and arrange with you to drop it off, for you to collect it or for us to post it, whichever is the best way to get it to you. Please note, however, that our minimum order policy of £50 applies. Prices of bathrooms, showers and larger items over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
Ø Prefer not to pay through Paypal?
For those of you who prefer, email us the items you want to purchase and we will send you an invoice for settlement by cheque. Make sure you send us your contact details, preferably by email, so that we can give you a call to arrange delivery and check if there is anything else you need.
Ø Deposit
For the hire of U-Tile packs or the tile cutters we do ask for a deposit up front. This is a separate item on the 'Hire a U-Tile Pack' page so that you can easily see how much you are paying exluding the deposit.
This will be returned to you in full provided our tools are returned in good condition. If you buy additional Goods or Services (see our Terms and Conditions for details) we reserve the right to offset the cost of the additional items against the deposit.
Ø Hire and payment
The minimum hire of tools and equipment is for two days and we ask for payment up-front. If you need to purchase additional days to extend your hire please drop us an email to let us know. We'll extend the hire period and collect a cheque for the additional days on collection.
Ø Placing your order
When you place your order make sure you leave us a contact number. We will call you to arrange delivery and to make sure that you have thought of everything you need. Please note that at present we are only checking for new orders daily each evening. Please order at least two days in advance of when you want to start your job to ensure that we can arrange delivery.
Baths, showers, and other sanitary wear can be delivered in 24 hours if it's in stock. Otherwise, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Ø Minimum order value
We have a minimum order policy and do not accept orders of less than £50.00.
Ø Can't see what you're looking for?
There are loads and loads of products out there for all sorts of situations. We can advise you what best to use and if it's not yet on our web pages we can still source and supply pretty much whatever you need. Please email us with your contact number and we'll get back to you to discuss the products you'll require for your particular job.
Ø VAT
All prices quoted on the online ordering pages are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% (VAT Reg No. 003 1484 26). We will send you a VAT invoice when your order is confirmed.
